Everybody who live in flats will accept the fact that getting good neighbours is really a gift. Atleast, that never happened to me. In some houses, neighbours wont even talk to each other for years!! I guess once in a while tolerance level is tested by the neighbours and we fight with them because we don't get along well with them since the beginning.
